Returns and Cancellations
We want our customer to be 100% satisfied. For this purpose, please follow these instructions before you make a purchase:
Choose the model, size and colours carefully as per your satisfaction. If you are confused about the best choice suited for you and you would like our suggestion, we would be happy to provide one (suggestions are provided as a courtesy of the company.We will not take any responsibility if the outcome of the suggestion is not suited for you, as you will take the final decision on your purchase). Please ask us questions (or look at FAQ) before ordering a product, if you have any query.
The product will arrive in normal brown packaging. After receiving the product, open the brown packaging and have a good look at your product through the transparent bag (which is the original packaging of the toy) without opening it. If you don't like your product, you can return it to us with the original packaging.
We have a different policy for standard products and customized products:
Cancellation of a standard product
Cancellation of an order is possible with a full refund or store credit (including delivery fee) before packagin is done. After the package have been prepared but before the delivery is done, a fee of 1 € is applied.
Cancellation of a customized product
Cancellation of an order is possible with a full refund or store credit (including delivery fee) before the product is made. Once the product is made, cancellation is not possible.
Due to the nature of the items sold be us, only products returned in their entirety, in their original, complete and intact packaging will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged (except if it was damaged before the reception and you notified to us inmediately), or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. Return of personalized items is not possible unless you (the buyer) found the product faulty or not matched according to the advertisement or agreement.
To return the product (either standar or customized), in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you (the buyer) have a period of 14 working days to express their desire to return a product after the receiving date and another 14 days to return the product to us. The cost of the shipping back to us will be your (the buyer's) responsibility.
A full refund or store credit will be issued via the original payment method, 14 days after you inform us of your desire to return the product (considering we already received the returned product). Alternatively, another item of equal characteristics could be send if the product was return due to a existent damage.
