We ship orders once a week, usually on Thursday, but more often on Friday.

This means that if you place an order at any time between Friday and Wednesday, your order will typically be shipped the following Friday. However, if you order late on Wednesday or on Thursday, there is a higher chance that your order will not be shipped that same week, but the next one, especially if it is a custom-made toy that needs to be produced.

If you order on Wednesday, Thursday, or even Friday morning and the item is ready to ship, there is a good chance your order will still be shipped that week, especially if you choose Mondial Relay as your delivery option. We place Mondial Relay packages directly into a locker, which means we are not limited by opening hours. Unlike post offices, which may be closed when we arrive, lockers allow us to drop off packages at any time, even late in the evening.

Our handling time is a maximum of seven working days, and this applies to 99 percent of orders.

The main exception is the period between Christmas and early January, around Three Kings’ Day. During this time, we usually take up to two weeks to ship orders, as one or both of us may be on holiday. However, throughout the rest of the year, including summer and other holidays, at least one of us is always working, so we continue shipping within seven days unless something exceptional happens.

There is a second factor in shipping time, the delivery time once the carrier has received the package. This refers to the time between when we hand the package over and when it is delivered to you.

Carriers provide estimated delivery times, but these are often approximate and are completely outside of our control. Once the package is with the carrier, we cannot influence delays. If DHL, La Poste, or Mondial Relay holds your package at a location for several days, there is unfortunately nothing we can do.

Delivery times vary depending on both the carrier and your location. For example, a package shipped from France to the United States may arrive faster than one sent to Australia, as there are more frequent transport routes. This information is available on our website.

If you live outside the European Union, you should also consider possible delays due to customs. In our experience, approximately one in every 1,000 packages is inspected. This means there is a small chance your package may be checked, which can delay delivery by anywhere from one day up to two weeks, or in rare cases, up to 30 days, depending on the country and current conditions.

In summary, we ship orders within one week, and delivery times can range from 1 to 30 days depending on the carrier and your location, with possible additional delays due to customs.
