Penetrable toys, by their nature, are susceptible to splitting or tearing if overstretched. To prevent damage, we provide a size limit for each penetrable toy. Before making a purchase, ensure the inner hole diameter suits your needs and avoid overstressing, pinching, or scratching the toy with your fingernails.

In addition to standard toy care instructions, rinse water directly through the hole from a tap or shower and use your fingers to clean the interior thoroughly. After cleaning, allow the toy to air dry completely before storage to prevent moisture buildup.

With proper care, your toy can remain in excellent condition for many years. Follow these care instructions:

1. Before first use, wash the toy thoroughly with mild soap and warm water, then rinse it well.
   
2. Use a good-quality water-based lubricant. Avoid silicone-based lubricants unless the product-specific instructions confirm that they are compatible.
   
3. After every use, wash the toy thoroughly, rinse it well and allow it to dry completely before storing it.
   
4. For occasional deep cleaning, only solid, single-material platinum-cured silicone toys may be boiled for 3–5 minutes. Do not boil products containing electronics, mechanical components, adhesives, non-silicone attachments or heat-sensitive materials.
   
5. Do not use bleach or another disinfectant unless the product-specific instructions expressly approve it and provide the correct dilution and contact time.
   
6. Store the toy in a clean, dry and protected place, away from chemicals and abrasive materials.
   
7. Keep the silicone away from teeth, blades, sharp objects and rough surfaces that could cut, puncture or abrade it.

Phosphorescent colors possess a captivating glow in the dark, yet to achieve their full brilliance, they require proper charging. Each hue demands a specific light spectrum and duration for optimal charging, with higher energy lights being essential for their activation. Notably, the more energetic the light source required, the longer the charging time. For instance, while orange swiftly charges under various lighting conditions, hues like blue and violet necessitate direct sunlight exposure for an extended period.

Incomplete charges result in fainter, less vibrant glows. The ideal method involves exposing them to direct sunlight for approximately half an hour, ensuring even rotation to evenly distribute light across every corner of the toy. Rest assured, this process poses no harm to the silicone material; rather, it merely warms it up, enhancing the overall experience.

We use three types of pigments to colour our silicone products:

• Liquid pigments from Smooth-On, specifically formulated for use with platinum-cured silicone and labelled as skin-safe.
  
• Powder pigments of the type commonly used in cosmetic products, which allow us to create a wide range of colours and finishes.
  
• Glow-in-the-dark (GITD) pigments, which are non-toxic and used to create our phosphorescent colours.

Our toys are made of platinum-cure silicone, a material known for its stability and safety. It isn’t toxic or irritant. By repelling water it doesn’t support microbial growth. It resists temperatures above 100 ºC, which means that toys can be easily sterilized in boiling water.

The silicone that we use to produce our toys is traded as medical-grade, non-toxic, food-safe and adheres to FDA CFR 177.2600 requirements (rubber articles intended for repeated use).

We use only platinum-cured silicone and skin-safe pigments to make all of our toys.

If you are outside Europe you should keep in mind that we will be including an invoice outside the package (for legal reasons related to customs).

We produce and prepare orders throughout the week. Approximately 99% of orders are dispatched within a maximum of seven working days. Parcels are normally shipped once per week, usually on Friday.

Personalised orders may occasionally require additional preparation time, depending on our workload and the availability of materials. Delays may also occur during holiday periods. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

We update the status of an order to fulfilled when we purchase the shipping label. However, shipping companies don't pick up the package immediately. Until they pick it up, the tracking numbers will show the packages as not valid. Please wait 24 hours and check it again. If it still doesn't work, contact us.

Love Smiths is based in France and complies with French and European regulations.

Prices include VAT in all EU countries.

Until further notice, eligible orders to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Norway and Switzerland are shipped Delivered Duty Paid. Love Smiths covers the import charges included in our carrier’s DDP arrangement.

For other countries, customs duties, import taxes and related charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery times can vary considerably, mainly depending on the destination country. The estimated delivery time is between 1 and 30 days, including possible delays caused by customs clearance. DHL is generally much faster than national postal services. However, delivery times are largely beyond our control, as a shipment may be handled by several carriers and cross multiple borders. We always provide a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

The packages we use for all toys are neutral and discreet. Just a cardboard box, paper tape and the sticker from the shipping company.
The sender name is Suzon & Monte (both names, or only one of them). When required (shipping outside EU), package content is described as "silicone sculpture" or something similar.

All the components of the packages are recyclable and compostable: box, stickers, filling, and cellophane bag.

Yes. It will be enough that you let us know (by email or contact form) and that the following conditions are fulfilled:

Cancellation of an order is possible with a full refund or store credit (including delivery fee) within fourteen days after the purchase. If the cancellation is made before the shipping, you will get a full refund or store credit (including the delivery fee). After the shipping, you must follow the return policy to cancel.

Cancellation of an order is possible with a full refund or store credit (including delivery fee) before the product is made. Once the product is made, cancellation is not possible.
