1. Introductory note
We try our best to provide the most updated and accurate information on this site, which we have the full right to adapt or modify anytime without prior notice. Services are subdued to terms published during its use.
The use of the webpage implies acceptance of the terms of sales and services. The languages of the general conditions are available in French and in English. Translations to other languages are informative, in case of disagreement, the English version is applied.
Our services and contracts are subject to French law and only French courts are empowered to mediate within arising disputes.
By using the site (www.love-smiths.com) you acknowledge having read these terms and agree to respect them.
To access and use the site you must be above the legal age, both in your region and in France. You must have the skill and means necessary to access and use the site. And you shouldn’t be restricted by law to access or use the internet, neither in your region nor in France.
The information provided by us is indicative and cannot relieve your own judgement and analysis. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness of any information on the site. Using this information is under your own responsibility.
The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee. We make every effort to offer you verified information and tools. However, we won’t be responsible for errors, lack of availability of information or the presence of viruses on the site.
The site and all its content belong to Suzon & Monte SARL and it is protected by intellectual property rights. All reproduction rights are reserved. More information is below under the “Intellectual Property” chapter.
You shouldn’t, by any means:
Collect, store or share information of us or other users or any other data to which you don’t have access rights. Neither manually nor with any kind of software.
Access the Member Page of someone else.
Override security features.
Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including us.
Imply or state that you are affiliated with or endorsed by us without our express consent (such as representing yourself as an accredited Love Smiths re-seller).
Interfere with the operation of, or place an unreasonable load on, the site (spam, denial of service attack, viruses, etc).
3. Terms of sales
Orders, product characteristics and availability
Before you make a purchase: choose the model, size and colours carefully. If you have queries, please contact us or read our FAQ before ordering a product. We would be happy to provide suggestions but, your final choice is entirely your responsibility.
We provide all of the essential characteristics of the products (size, weight, colour, material, price, etc.) to you. These characteristics may be shown as text or as pictures in each product description. As the products are handcrafted individually, measurements are not perfect and certain errors in the dimensions or weights are expected. As most of the products are made by order, the photos are only an example. As we create our own colours, different batches can have different tonalities. The colours of the actual products can be different from those shown in the photos, due to different screens and photograph processing.
We will only process an order if we are able to do it. If for any reason, we are not able to process your order, we will contact you to explain the situation. In this case, you will be able to choose between a full refund of the paid sums or changing the order to an equivalent one.
After your successful purchase, we will send a confirmation E-mail to the address provided by you.
Price, taxes and customs
The price of the products is shown on each product page. Prior to the purchase, the total cost including shipping and handling fees will be shown. All the prices are shown in Euros and it includes all taxes applicable (we are collecting TVA from countries in European Union countries since November 2020). If you wish to pay by other currencies than Euros, we will not be responsible in case of dispute in currency exchange.
Customs duties, import duties or other local or state taxes are not our responsibility. They are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and/or bodies in your country. You are exclusively responsible for the costs and taxes resulting from the purchase of the products. No discount will be granted by us to compensate for taxes.

Orders must be paid beforehand. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after two weeks.

The delivery fee shown during checkout consists of the delivery fee by the chosen method and the handling fee of the package. We always ship with a tracking number. The shipping companies and indicative timing for main destinations (e.g. capital cities) are:
- La Poste:
France, Andorra, Mónaco: 1-3 days
Russia: 5-30 days.
Remote areas (all around the world) or PO boxes: 3-20 days.
South America, Most of Africa and Oceania: 5-20 days
- DHL express:
Europe: 1-2 days
North America: 1-3 days
East/South Asia: 3-4 days.
Rest of the world: 3-20 days.
This timing is far beyond our control as multiple companies and borders can be involved in a specific shipment. We need additional days to prepare the orders (1-8 days). Some delays can be expected from Coronavirus Outbreak and holidays.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid postal address, name, telephone and e-mail. If wrong information causes:
If the package is lost, We will not be responsible for it. Thus, no reimbursement will be provided.
If the package is returned to us, two possible options apply:
If you still want it. You will need to pay the shipping again.
If you do not want it anymore, we will return the cost of the standard products. But, not the shipping nor handling fees. We won't return the cost of personalized products.
Refusal of shipment or omission of collection
From European countries, if a package is refused at the destination address or if it's not collected from the point relay or postal office within the stipulated time, it may come back to us. If it does come back to us, we'll consider it a return. The cost of shipping the package back and any taxes or fees that the carrier charge to us will be deducted from the amount we will refund to you. If the package comes back to us but you still want it, you will need to pay the shipping cost again before we resend it.
Packages sent outside of Europe with non-collection or wrong addresses it will be destroyed by the postal service. In this case, we will not be responsible for it and no refunds will be done.
We will not be liable if a package is lost during the delivery. Depending on the chosen shipping method, the shipping can be insured. If you choose a shipping method with insurance, we will be able to return the amount of money you paid or to remake and reship your order. We will do so only after we get reimbursed by the postal service.
Delivery times are based on your location and chosen method. They will be indicated in your purchase receipt. This delivery time is given by the postal service and must be understood as an approximation. In the event of a delay in the delivery, we are not responsible for it.
Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times. We require three to twelve working days to make and process your order. In case of a delay, we will inform you by E-mail. This delay will not give rise to any compensation.
Special delivery request
If you require your parcel by a certain date please let us know in advance. Requests will only be accepted as valid after we consider their viability and notify you.
If you made a mistake in the address when making the order, please, contact us as soon as possible. Once we purchase the shipping label we cannot change the address. If you still require another address, you will need to pay the shipping fee again. We will not be responsible when a package is delivered to the address provided. Please, provide the order number when requesting a change of address.
Cancellation of a standard product
Cancellation of an order is possible with a full refund or store credit (including delivery fee) within fourteen days after the purchase. If the cancellation is made before the shipping, you will get a full refund or store credit (including the delivery fee). After the shipping, you must follow the return policy to cancel.
Cancellation of a customized product
Cancellation of an order is possible with a full refund or store credit (including delivery fee) before the product is made. Once the product is made, cancellation is not possible.
Due to the nature of the items sold by us, only products returned in their entirety, in their original, complete and intact packaging* will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged (except if it was damaged before the reception and you notified to us immediately), or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. Return of personalized items is not possible unless you found the product faulty or not matched according to the advertisement or agreement.
To return the product (either standard or customized), in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen working days to express your desire to return a product after the receiving date and another fourteen days to return the product to us. The cost of the shipping back to us (and the customs taxes if applicable) will be your responsibility unless the reason for returning is a faulty/damaged product. In the latter case, we will also refund the returning shipping cost to you, an invoice will be required.
A full refund or store credit will be issued via the original payment method, 14 days after you inform us of your desire to return the product (considering we already received the returned product with its original packaging*). Alternatively, another item of equal characteristics could be sent if the product was returned due to existent damage.

* Original package:
The product will arrive in normal card box packaging. After receiving the product, open the card box packaging and have a good look at your product through the transparent bag (which is the original packaging of the toy) without opening it. If you don't like your product, you can return it to us in the original box.
We commit that you receive your order in the exposed conditions and in a reasonable time. We will inform you of the approximate delay of producing, handling and shipping when you make the order. We will inform you when we dispatch your order and we will provide a tracking number when possible.
In the case of an unexpected delay, we will contact you. But in case of a delay with the absence of notice, you should contact us. If we fail to deliver your order within thirty days, you have the right to cancel your order. In this case, we will refund the whole amount you paid. In case of a faulty product, we will replace it or refund the whole amount you paid without any cost for you. It will be up to you to decide between refund or replacement.
You can cancel your order before we start the production. You can return your order within 14 days after you receive it. Due to the nature of our products, only products with their intact unopened package can be returned.
Warranty On Electronics Goods
Electronics goods come with 2 years of warranty for EU and 1 year outside EU.
If there is any problem with the product you can claim this warranty. A product that has been misused or physically damaged will not be eligible for a warranty claim. Decrease of battery life with time is a normal phenomenon that is not cover by the warranty.
To claim the warranty on a defective product, please write us indicating your order number and the nature of the defects, along with photos of the product proving that it is not physically damaged. You should make sure the product was properly charged before claiming that it is not working anymore. We will invite you to send back the product (at your own cost). Once we've received the package, the state of the product will be verified by our engineers. If the product is found faulty, we will inform you and send you a new one. If we find that the product is properly working (as in not faulty), you will have to bear the delivery cost necessary to send you back the product.
Limitation of liability
All of our services and products are destined exclusively to adults. We are not responsible for how you use our products nor its consequences. Products descriptions are no instructions or directions. The total or partial impossibility of using the products won’t give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning of our liability.
As an adult, it is your own responsibility to know your body, your feelings and necessities. It is up to you to know what can you safely do with our products, and what you shouldn’t. It is for you to know when to start and when to stop.
If a product is damaged or distorted, you should not use it. Proper cleaning and storage is mandatory in personal products. Neither share, lend or give away a product without explaining its state to the receiving person.
You are the only one responsible for improper use and for the consequences that arise from improper hygiene. Even under lack of awareness: it is your sole responsibility to know what you are doing.
We take no responsibility if, in case of a force majeure event (natural disaster, war, etc.), we cannot complete a contract or order.
The illegality of sex toys in the destination country
We are a company established in France, which complies with French and European regulations. We can ship worldwide, but we have no power or responsibility elsewhere. Also, we cannot know the laws of all countries. Buying our products is your choice and it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country. If our products are prohibited or illegal in your country, you should consider not buying them. If a package is detained and destroyed in the customs of your country as a result of its content, we will not assume any responsibility. If a package is returned to us due to your country's regulations, we will refund the price of the products but we will not refund the shipping cost.
We respect your privacy.
We collect the information you send us directly (name, address, e-mail, messages, etc.) and information about your use of our webpage (registration date, notices, etc.).
Your data will be removed one year after you close the account and will be automatically removed if remain unused for five years. Financial data will be stored for up to ten years for the legal mandate.
We use this data to provide our services (ship orders, answer questions, etc.). We do not use your data to send advertising unless you register for it in our mail list. We also use the data to improve our website and services.
We may share part of this information with third parties (postal services, banking services, etc.).
As our webpage, all this information is stored in Wix.com servers.
You can see, modify and delete the information we have about you. You can also close your account online at any time. As stated before, some information will be stored up to ten years after for legal reasons.

5. Disputes and mediation
In the event of a potential dispute, we and you should make our best to find an amicable solution.
If the disagreement persists, you can get help from mediators and be accompanied by a consumers association.
