Background_paper_middle.png
Luma, a whimsical traveler with androgynous features and field gear, sketching a shy tentacled creature under a glowing mushroom canopy.

Luma was born under the name Lucien, in a dust-choked scholar's quarter where facts were more valued than feelings. Assigned male at birth, they always felt more attuned to the fluid symphony of life, longing not only to study transformation but to embody it. A self-made biologist, amateur mage, and full-time eccentric, Luma set out across the Realms in pursuit of the most peculiar sensual phenomena. Somewhere along the road (likely between being seduced by a sapient forest and cursed by a river nymph), Lucien became Luma — not a rebirth, but a convergence. Now, they collect stories, draw creatures mid-coitus, and annotate artifacts with equal parts wonder and innuendo, building this Codex for those brave (or horny) enough to open it.
